What's your return policy? TOP
First and foremost, we want you to be happy with your purchase! And we do realize that sometimes things just don't work out how you want them to.
Returns accepted:
- Items in brand new,unused and unwashed condition - includes still in the wrapper/bag or with all tags still attached with no signs of wear and tear, debris, dirt, pet hair or odors (including cigarette smoke smell)
- Unopened detergent
Unaccepted for returns:
These are personal hygiene items and, for health and safety reasons, cannot be returned:
- Lotions and potions
- Mama cloth
Returns are accepted up to 14 days from the date of purchase.

You pay return shipping on any returns. Your original shipping cost will not be refunded.

At Sweet Violets, we take great pride in living by the mantra "Reduce, Recycle, Reuse." All orders are shipped in EcoEnclose poly mailers, which are reusable and 100% biodegradable plastic shipping bags, or in reused cardboard boxes. Your items are handled with the utmost care in our pet-free and smoke-free home.
Shipping is done via USPS Mail, so you can expect your items as within a couple of days of shipment. Most orders are packed and shipped the same day you order.
Shipping insurance is available by request only.
At this time we only ship to the United States. If you are in another location and are interested in a specific product, contact us and we can help you find a retailer in your country.

Great question - this is precisely the reason why Sweet Violets was started, so there would be a local place to get wonderful cloth diapering and green living products.
You are welcome to come to my home to pick up your order. Please be aware that Sweet Violets does not have a storefront, so no on-site purchases or browsing is allowed. However, you may choose the FREE LOCAL PICKUP shipping option and then contact me via e-mail to arrange pickup of your items.
If I receive several orders in one day and it's feasible, I may consider having a mass pickup at a central location for those who request pickup. For instance, if I receive orders from Salem, Boardman and Warren, I may consider meeting all orderers in Canfield to deliver items.
